Yes, we also offer spring/summer enrolment.

The admission deadline for spring/summer intake is 31st January.
The admission deadline for winter intake is 31st August.

However for many of our courses and programmes, you can submit a late application after the deadline for applications.

In WSB University, lessons are lectured in English, Russian, Ukrainian or Polish (depends on courses and programmes).

WSB University offer a whole year preparatory English language courses and graduating from this guarantee admission for studies in English. The preparatory classes begin in the autumn semester, and they are also available to start in the spring semester.

Correct and legible documents are fundamental in the admission process and define whether your application will proceed to stage two. 

Application for Bachelor degree studies

•  Passport
•  Fully Legalized / Apostilled original of Seconary school diploma / certificate (in original language version)
•  English sworn translation of legalized/apostilled Secondary School Diploma  (Please note: all stamps also need to be official translate into English)
•  Transcript in original language version
•  English sworn translation of transcript

•  English sworn translation of Certificate of validation/eligibility statement with all stamps translated into English too.
•  English language certificate (B2 level minimum)
•  Decision on recognition issued by the Polish superintendent (Board of Education in Poland - kuratorium) or NAWA (after July 1)

*Eligibility letter should be issued by Ministry of Education in the country where the documents were given, a consulate or a diplomatic post of that country in Poland. 

Application for Master degree studies

•  Passport
•  Fully Legalized / Apostilled original of Bachelor diploma (in original language version)
•  English sworn translation of legalized/apostilled Bachelor Diploma  (Please note: all stamps also need to be official translate into English)
•  Transcript in original language version
•  English sworn translation of transcript.
• Decision on recognition issued by NAWA
• English language certificate (B2 level minimum)

You will have to provide an accepted language proficiency certificate (such as IELTS, TOEFL, or other listed certificates)* and attend an interview.You may be exempted from presenting a certificate under some circumstances. For more information, please contact any of the admissions officers

The interview will assess your language proficiency and overall readiness for studies in English.

Yes, we cannot stop you, but you need to know that we will not be able to assess your application.

Please know that there are two ways.

1) The procedure depends on the country the document was issued in. If your certificate/diploma has been issued in the country that is a part of Hague Convention you should apply for Apostille.

2) In other cases your documents must be legalised by the officials in your country, and then by a Polish Consul in your country.

No, it is not enough, but it is a correct first step – now it is needed to legalise it in a Polish Embassy.

Yes, due to the ordinance it is required to provide scan of documents with legalization.

This is additional document confirming that your High School Diploma gives you access to higher education in the country that your education was provided. This document need to contain your name, surname, number of diploma/certificate and a sentence directly stating about eligibility to continue education at the university level in country of your high school education (important: not in Poland, even if you provide this document to Polish institution). In some countries this document have its own name, for example eligibility statement in Nigeria or migration certificate in India or Pakistan. This is required only from applicants for Bachelor studies.

You should provide us your health insurance that confirms the coverage by the insurer of medical costs in the territory of Poland. Document should be provided in English or and be valid for at least first year of studies.

• The admission fee in Dąbrowa Górnicza is 250 EUR and tuition fee starts from 899 EUR per semester.
• The admission fee in Kraków is 250 EUR and tuition fee starts from 799 EUR per semester.

However a full, upfront payment of the whole study year is required in order to finalise your admission to WSB University.

Unfortunately this is not possible. A whole upfront annual payment is required to finalise your admission to WSB University.

Please note that our bank account is in euro. If you pay in USD or any other currency we will still receive euro, but due to the bank exchange rate you can lose some amount of money and it is not going to be equal to the amount that you paid.

Please be informed that we do not offer scholarships that cover the tuition fee or more however please note that, you can apply for a Rector’s scholarship starting from the second year of your studies. The Rector’s scholarship is granted to a student who obtains outstanding academic results in the last year of studies.

Please know that the basic National visa type D for studies gives the right to work, but you need to consider that studies should be your priority as this is the basis of your legal stay in Poland.

Dąbrowa Górnicza and Kraków city offer a wide range of housing options. We recommend you to book a room in a hostel for a short period of time and while staying there, look for appropriate accommodation in student dorm or shared apartment.

WSB University does not have their own dormitories, however, you can rent a room in a dormitory of some other university that our University has partnership agreement with. If you want to book a place in a dorm, please write to the Admission Office around 2 weeks before your planned arrival. Unfortunately we can’t guarantee a place for everyone therefore we work on a first come first served basis.

Upon your arrival please visit our International Admission Office at WSB University (room 218) to finish the registration process. Please bring all hard copies (originals) of the required documents listed below:

•  International Passport with Visa / or Polish TRC (Karta Pobytu),
•  Fully legalized secondary school /Bachelor diploma in original language,
•  English sworn translation of legalized/apostilled Secondary School / Bachelor diploma (Please note: all stamps also need to be official translate into English),
•  Transcript in original language version,
•  English sworn translation of transcript,
•  Certificate of validation/eligibility (applicable only for candidates for Bachelor degree programs),
•  English sworn translation of Certificate of validation/eligibility statement with all stamps translated into English too,
•  Health insurance.
